Niramaya is conceived to train rural youth (Boys and Girls) between the age of 18 to 25 years, in the area of Home Care, Two weeks of training on Service mindset, empathy, orientation to Indian culture and training for a period of two months on bed side general duty assistant. Plan to train 300 in a year.

Identify, recruit and train youths (18-25 years) from districts across Karnataka in General Duty Assistant, also providing them Boarding and Lodging facilities during the training. After completion of training placement assistance will be provided.
